Our engagement with Cloud4x signified a pivotal shift in our operational dynamics, marked by an ambitious ICT uplift as we transitioned offices from Narellan to Gregory Hills. Cloud4x’s expertise in blending best-of-breed physical technologies with innovative cloud platforms ensured a seamless migration under a tight timeline, embodying agility and foresight in our ICT strategies.

This transformation involved leveraging components from our previous infrastructure, facilitating a smooth integration that aligned with our growth and expansion goals.


Optimised Infrastructure for Enhanced Connectivity

Cloud4x orchestrated the migration of our on-premises exchange server to Microsoft O365, streamlining communication across over 200 users and 35 shared mailboxes. Our 3-story building, including the car park, was equipped with a robust fibre backbone and Ethernet to all end-points, supported by redundant core switches, edge switches, and enterprise Wi-Fi, enabling unparalleled connectivity and collaboration.

In recognition of the critical importance of business continuity, Cloud4x implemented a cloud-based disaster recovery program. This forward-thinking strategy ensured the rapid replication of our mission-critical applications and data, minimising potential data loss and guaranteeing our operations remain "Always On" in the face of any disaster.
