Let’s also not forget about his role as a Solutions Architect. His knowledge and passion have supercharged our customer service and support, pulling off tech miracles more times than we can count.

Mohammed, fondly known as Mo, is a prominent figure in the IT and services industry, serving as the General Manager at Cloud4x. His extensive background includes a university degree in Engineering (Electronics and Computing) from QUT and a Master’s in Project Management from UOW, equipping him with a robust foundation in both technical and leadership roles.

Bryn, known for his eclectic blend of interests that range from engineering and politics to history, and his affection for his numerous sausage dogs, stands as the quintessential problem-solver at Cloud4X. Renowned for his swift and effective solutions, Bryn is the person everyone turns to for answers to any queries, making him a favourite at quiz trivia nights.

Meet Vas, an esteemed IT professional with over 17 years of hands-on experience in application development, support, and IT operations. With a steadfast belief in the power of people, processes, and procedures, Vas champions efficiency and excellence in every aspect of IT operations and support.

With a career built on connecting the dots between tech and business, Con is the kind of leader who gets things done—with clarity, purpose, and a whole lot of heart. His experience spans project management, sales ops, helpdesk leadership, VoIP, and systems integration—making him a true all-rounder in the IT space.

Con is driven by a simple belief: technology should work for people, not the other way around.

Hailing from the picturesque Fiji Islands, Shahista embodies the fusion of technical prowess and creative zest, bringing the radiant warmth of her homeland into every aspect of her work.

Armed with a Diploma in Software Development, Shahista has been a stalwart in the IT service industry since 2003. Her expertise is not confined to the realms of technology; she also harbours a passion for creativity and the art of DIY. Whether it’s navigating the complexities of tech issues or crafting a handmade masterpiece, Shahista is the quintessential problem solver with a creative twist.

Alfonso has been an integral part of the Australian Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry since 2013. His career began at Harbour IT, followed by a significant time at XCentral, where he forged valuable connections with colleagues such as Mo, Leo, and Matthew. Afterwards, Alfonso transitioned to Core Technology Partners, a Sydney-based managed service provider (MSP), dedicating around three years of his career to the role. Mo presented him with the opportunity to reunite with former colleagues from XCentral, which led him to his current position.

Charrie is a certified Microsoft 365 whiz (MS-900 and proud!) who loves helping people get the most out of their tech. With several years of hands-on support experience under her belt, she’s known for solving problems quickly, clearly, and with a smile.

She thrives on learning and loves sharing that knowledge with others—whether that’s guiding clients through Microsoft cloud tools or jumping in to troubleshoot the unexpected.

For Charrie, every challenge is just another step towards making things better.

Dima is an eager and dedicated IT professional at the start of his career, bringing a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn. Before joining Cloud4x, he explored various programming languages, including JavaScript and Python, while also developing his expertise in virtualisation technologies and cloud computing.

Meet Gino, a versatile member of our team who blends a robust background in technical service desk support, quality assurance, and Microsoft Office 365 administration. Creative and dynamic, Jarisse brings her expertise in Microsoft 365 products to the C4X team. With hands-on experience in SharePoint, PowerShell, and the entire M365 ecosystem, she has a knack for solving complex technical issues with a fresh, curious approach.

Jet, hailing from the vibrant Philippines, is a standout member of the Cloud4x family, bringing an astounding 15 years of experience in customer service and technical support to our table. Boasting over a decade of dedicated service in the Australian Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry, John has developed into a seasoned IT professional with a profound grasp of the IT landscape. Equipped with a degree in Information Technology, he has continually expanded his knowledge base through Microsoft certifications and other IT-related qualifications, solidifying his expertise in the field.

Leia, joining us from the lively landscapes of the Philippines, is a key player in our team as a Service Desk Engineer at Cloud4X. Certified as a Microsoft Professional, Lorraine brings unparalleled professionalism to her role, enriched by her extensive experience in IT corporate service desk environments and exceptional customer service skills.

Mark stands out as a beacon of dedication and passion. With an extensive background in IT support, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team, ensuring that our clients receive unparalleled service. His approach to technology solutions is driven by a genuine desire to help others, making him a valuable asset to our team and the clients we serve.

With over seven years of experience in the IT industry, Matthew is a seasoned IT support professional who excels at finding solutions tailored to diverse user needs. Pocholo stands out as a tech aficionado at Cloud4x, renowned for his seasoned expertise as a Service Desk Analyst. His roots in the outsourcing/off-shoring industry have established him as a luminary in the tech sphere. Artem, hailing from Israel, is a pivotal Automation and Workflows Specialist at Cloud4x, bringing an extensive background from the software development sector. His journey before joining us saw him excel as a developer, team leader, and product manager, contributing significantly to projects for leading global corporations including Coca-Cola, Sony, Bayer, and Unilever.

Dani, originating from the vibrant city of Sydney, Australia, boasts an impressive career trajectory within the travel industry, having made her mark with leading companies like Flight Centre and Luxury Escapes. Her journey has seen her evolve into a formidable Connectivity Manager, where she has been instrumental in revolutionising business strategies and propelling companies to unparalleled success.

Louise brings over three decades of financial and commercial expertise to the table, with a career that’s spanned local and global names like Burberry, Silent Gliss, Specialty Fashion Group and The Country Trader. From humble beginnings in bookkeeping to senior roles like Financial Controller and General Manager, Louise’s journey has been all about hard work, sharp instincts, and results that speak for themselves.

Alexandr is an experienced ICT Support Engineer with 15 years of expertise in system administration. A graduate of the Technical University of Moldova, he has developed a strong technical foundation and a wide range of skills working with both software and hardware. Alexandr has previously worked independently and as part of teams at organizations such as USAID and Marriott, where he cultivated excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Anton graduated in 2004 with an engineering degree in Automation and Control Systems and Information Technologies. With over 15 years of experience, he’s made his mark in the IT world at global giants like Citigroup, Unilever, Oriflame, and Danone, transitioning from traditional infrastructure management to mastering virtualisation systems and cloud technologies.

Arsh’s professional journey commenced at XCentral immediately after high school, courtesy of a familial connection through his father. His time there introduced him to the complexities of the IT MSP space, where he gained a solid grounding in everything from virtual machines and Azure AD to server racks and the importance of system reboots. When Nexon acquired XCentral, Arsh transitioned to The IT Agency and later shifted to a retail position at YD to support his university studies in Mechanical Engineering, enhancing his sales and communication skills along the way.

Ben is a dynamic Systems Engineer from the lively city of Sydney, bringing a unique blend of corporate and technical expertise to the Cloud4x team. Before immersing himself in the world of IT, Ben made his mark in the corporate advisory sector, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategic evaluations.

Dan began his IT career in 2017 after graduating from the Technical University in Chisinau. He started at a small company, where, although the pay was modest, he was given the opportunity to explore the world of IT. During his time there, he maintained and monitored client systems, resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless operations, all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Hussam, a dedicated Systems Engineer whose expertise and passion lie in strengthening the backbone of our operations through Windows Infrastructure. With a knack for navigating complex systems and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Hussam plays a pivotal role in ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently.

Jassfer began his IT career as a computer programmer at the mother company of one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines. His early experience in Windows application development and supporting subsidiary companies broadened his IT knowledge. As his curiosity grew, he explored areas beyond software development, including Windows Server and SharePoint administration. This exploration led him to work on small virtual projects that eventually enhanced his skills and applied them to actual project deployments.

Joseph, hailing from the Philippines, shines as a Support Engineer within our team, embodying the essence of a tech maestro with a steadfast dedication to networking, automation, and the expansive world of DevOps.

With a rich background as a network engineer, Joseph’s expertise blankets the spectrum of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, with a keen focus on leveraging automation tools such as Python, Ansible, and Jenkins. His proficiency in these areas is not just about technical execution but also embodies his commitment to innovation and efficiency.

Luca, a Sydney native, serves as a key Systems Engineer for our team and is an invaluable presence both in the office and in the field. With a rich background in IT and business, Luca has a wealth of experience garnered from working with various Managed Service Providers (MSPs), making him a repository of knowledge across different sectors and technological environments.

From his very first day at Cloud4x, Matt seemed as though he had always been a part of our Sydney team, navigating the virtual environment with the ease of a veteran.
