As a seasoned MSP support engineer, Alfonso boasts extensive expertise in handling Level 1 and 2 support tasks with consistent proficiency. He has kept his technical skills sharply honed, undertaking various certifications and training to stay abreast of the rapidly changing technologies within the MSP landscape.

Arsh Dean’s professional journey commenced at XCentral immediately after high school, courtesy of a familial connection through his father. His time there introduced him to the complexities of the IT MSP space, where he gained a solid grounding in everything from virtual machines and Azure AD to server racks and the importance of system reboots. When Nexon acquired XCentral, Arsh transitioned to The IT Agency and later shifted to a retail position at YD to support his university studies in Mechanical Engineering, enhancing his sales and communication skills along the way.

Realising that engineering was not his true calling, Arsh revisited the IT sector, inspired by a former colleague who recognised his potential in the field. This led him to Cloud4x, where he felt an immediate fit. Embracing the dynamic and challenging environment, Arsh quickly made significant contributions to major projects, utilising his diverse skills and experiences from previous roles. His rapid adaptability and eagerness to learn facilitated his success in various deployments, earning him opportunities to expand his expertise further.

Today, Arsh serves as an ICT Service Desk Engineer at Cloud4x, handling technical escalations and engaging in impactful projects. Despite being relatively new to the field, his ability to manage high-volume deployments and his curiosity make him a valuable asset. Outside of work, Arsh is a passionate Liverpool football fan and enjoys the perks of working near the airport as an aviation enthusiast. His journey began at MOOG Controls Corporation Philippines as an intern, where he contributed to tool design and time study initiatives for aircraft mechanical parts. This foundational experience ignited his passion for engineering and innovation.

After graduating, Cylord joined USCADD Systems Philippines Inc. as a Project Design Engineer. There, he refined his skills in system design, drawing preparation, and project management, crafting detailed shop drawings and conducting essential calculations for building management systems.

Transitioning from design to software engineering, Cylord took on the role of Associate Software Engineer at Accenture Inc., specializing in packaged app development. He collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of CRM applications, focusing on code testing, documentation, and release management. His dedication led to a promotion to Packaged App Development Analyst, where he managed release processes and fostered innovation within the Heineken Onshore Delivery Team, supporting associates in CRM development tasks.

Currently, as a Technical Consultant/System Engineer at Cloud4X Solutions Architects, Cylord is deeply involved in the Landscape Solutions power platform field. Dan Svet began his IT career in 2017 after graduating from the Technical University in Chisinau. He started at a small company, where, although the pay was modest, he was given the opportunity to explore the world of IT. During his time there, he maintained and monitored client systems, resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless operations, all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Over the past seven years, Dan has worked at three different companies, where he developed technical expertise with servers, routers, NAS, VoIP, backups, and other IT systems. At his third company, he honed his skills in workflow management and software tools.

Dan’s journey to Cloud4x began after connecting with the company through its job offering platform and enjoying two fun interviews with Leo and Mohammed. Now, after a few days of training, he’s excited to take on the challenges that will allow him to further develop his skills in modern cloud solutions. At Cloud4x, Dan is responsible for managing and improving the company’s cloud services, ensuring smooth integration and optimization.

Dan chose Cloud4x for its innovative approach to cloud technology and its commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. Jassfer Lamoste began his IT career as a computer programmer at the mother company of one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines. His early experience in Windows application development and supporting subsidiary companies broadened his IT knowledge. As his curiosity grew, he explored areas beyond software development, including Windows Server and SharePoint administration. This exploration led him to work on small virtual projects that eventually enhanced his skills and applied them to actual project deployments.

As the company expanded and a new manufacturing plant was built in Indonesia, Jassfer was offered the role of IT department manager. This opportunity allowed him to oversee the planning, setup, and management of the IT infrastructure for the new plant. His experience grew as he worked with enterprise-grade network hardware, servers, and systems, handling deployments from the ground up. One significant milestone in his career was working with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, where he gained experience managing and customizing the enterprise-level ERP system.

Jassfer continued to progress in his career, taking on a higher position managing the IT department of an internal division that operated manufacturing plants in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and the Philippines. During this time, he drove several cloud-based initiatives, including upgrading to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and implementing advanced networking technologies, Azure services, and SharePoint Online.

His diverse experience and passion for technology led him to Cloud4x, where he now focuses on cloud-based solutions, continuing to develop his expertise in current IT trends. At Cloud4x, Jassfer is excited to manage large-scale enterprise systems, automations, and well-planned deployments, further expanding his understanding of large IT infrastructures.
