When Glenco—a family-run, fast-moving electrical and maintenance company—came to C4X, they were ready to take their IT to the next level.

- Delivering a stable, responsive support experience that the Glenco team could trust

- Migration of all core systems

- Full overhaul of their IT infrastructure
- Integration of their web-based job management tool SymPro with their new 3CX phone system, replacing their older SassBoss/Access4 solution
- Installation of new intercoms and 3CX hardware, configured and deployed by C4X

C4X took the reins as the internal project lead from Glenco’s side, while Luca handled all technical coordination. It was also the first full onboarding both of them ran using our new documentation process—making it a learning moment for our own team as well.
